Schedule An Audition

Please fill out the form below to schedule an audition. Please note - filling out this form does not confirm your audition day/time. The Show Director will contact you following form submission to confirm your audition information.

 

Audition Requirements:

  • Song: Prepare a song with a backing track between 45 seconds and 2 minutes long. Edits to your music are acceptable.

  • Monologues: Monologues will be available online and at the audition location. Learning them beforehand is welcome but not mandatory. You may not be asked to perform all monologues.

Callbacks:

  • The cast list will be posted online after callbacks.

  • Only those invited will be notified about attending callbacks.

  • Callbacks will take place on the Wednesday after auditions from 5 pm to 8 pm (unless noted otherwise)

Onboarding Session: 

An onboarding session is mandatory for all participants and will take place on the Saturday following auditions from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM.

Parental/Guardian Attendance: 

For participants under the age of 18, a parent, guardian, or responsible adult must attend the onboarding session. Failure to do so will result in ineligibility for the program.

We comply with all applicable laws regarding providing accommodations to an individual with a disability. We are an unfunded community program operating off of donations, volunteer hours, and periodic grant support.   If you believe you need an accommodation to participate in this event, please notify colby.balcom@waynecap.org of the accommodation you seek no later than 30 days before the event. We will review the request upon receipt and reach back out to you with any additional questions or thoughts.  Please note requests are not guaranteed, reasonable accommodations will be offered based on the availability of our limited resources and our ability to gather partnership and support.
